Bilingual Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging and well-structured training for new customer experience representatives.

• Lead virtual training sessions effectively.

• Clarify processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations.

• Employ diverse teaching methods to cater to various learning styles.

• Assess learner comprehension and pinpoint knowledge gaps.

• Implement knowledge assessments, exercises, role plays, and practical tasks.

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching throughout the training process.

• Assist learners who need additional support.

• Equip new hires for a smooth transition from training to production.

• Collaborate with Team Leads and leadership to ensure learner preparedness.

• Keep precise training records and communicate learner progress effectively.

• Adjust training delivery in response to changes in processes, systems, or requirements.

• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO/contact center training is required.

• Experience in healthcare/medical customer service is crucial.

• Background in delivering training to customer service/contact center teams is necessary.

• Minimum of 1 year of remote work experience is essential.

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Excellent spoken and written English skills are a must.

• Strong presentation and communication abilities are required.

• Must be confident in delivering training in a virtual setting.

• Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and platforms.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.

• Patient, approachable, and skilled at coaching diverse learners.

• A strong team-oriented mindset is essential.

• Availability to work during U.S. business hours is required.

• Must be ready to start immediately.

• A reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and appropriate remote workspace are necessary.

• Must be comfortable working as an Independent Contractor.

• Windows 11 PC is required; Mac is not supported.

• 16 GB RAM is mandatory.

• Dual monitors are required.

• A webcam and wired USB headset are necessary.

• An i5 processor or higher is required.

• Fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory.

• A backup power solution is necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams / Office 365 is required.

• Must be a Mexican national currently residing in Mexico.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.

• An English resume is required.

• Must successfully complete all stages of the hiring process, including English resume review, pre-screen questionnaire, one-way video interview, live interview, and background check.
