Bilingual Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver engaging and well-structured training sessions for new customer experience representatives.

• Facilitate virtual training sessions effectively.

• Clarify processes, procedures, systems, and customer service expectations.

• Employ various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.

• Assess learner comprehension and identify knowledge gaps.

• Conduct knowledge assessments, exercises, role plays, and practical activities.

• Provide continuous feedback and coaching throughout the training process.

• Assist learners who require additional support and guidance.

• Prepare new hires for their transition from training to production roles.

• Collaborate with Team Leads and leadership to ensure learner readiness.

• Keep accurate training records and communicate the progress of learners.

• Adjust training delivery methods in response to changes in processes, systems, or requirements.

• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in BPO/contact center training is required.

• Experience in healthcare/medical customer service is essential.

• Prior experience in delivering training to customer service/contact center teams is necessary.

• At least 1 year of experience working remotely.

• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Excellent verbal and written English skills are required.

• Strong presentation and communication abilities are essential.

• Confidence in delivering training in a virtual environment is necessary.

• Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with learning new systems and platforms.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.

• Must be patient, approachable, and capable of coaching various types of learners.

• A strong team-player mentality is essential.

• Must be comfortable working U.S. business hours.

• Availability to start immediately is required.

• Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and a suitable remote workspace.

• Comfort with working as an Independent Contractor is necessary.

• Must have a Windows 11 PC (Mac is not supported).

• 16 GB RAM is required.

• Dual monitors are necessary.

• A webcam and wired USB headset are required.

• i5 processor or higher is essential.

• Fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection is required.

• A backup power solution is necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams / Office 365 is required.

• An English resume is mandatory.

• Must be a Mexican national currently residing in México.

• Completion of all stages of the hiring process, including a background check, is required.
