This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by proficiently navigating and demonstrating the PBS DMS system while fostering positive, solutions-oriented relationships to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded.
• Independently oversee and conduct all assigned training sessions within the primary silo.
• Serve as a self-sufficient resource for installations.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of PBS software and associated training processes.
• Respond swiftly to both internal and external training requests.
• Attain proficiency in data entry and other essential operational tasks.
• Remain informed and understand process documentation as departmental processes change.
• Share expertise across silos and contribute to the team's learning and development.
• Proactively expand product knowledge and engage in cross-training opportunities when possible.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team atmosphere.
• Execute other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• 1-2 years of previous automotive experience with an emphasis on accounting operations.
• Fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken, written, and read).
• Strong computer skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools is crucial!
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA for up to 2 weeks per month; a valid passport (or the ability to obtain one) and a full driver's license are required.
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Experience with PBS software is a significant asset.
• Background in facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions is a strong asset.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional documentation skills.
• High school diploma.
