Bilingual Therapist, Spanish – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults who speak Spanish through telehealth.

• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, respecting the patients’ language and cultural nuances.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific goals and needs.

• Handle an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the backing of the care team.

• Complete documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) utilizing AI-assisted note-taking.

• Participate in regular paid case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Provide services to Spanish-speaking older adults through Sailor Health’s Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy model.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Hold an active, independent California clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, capable of conducting comprehensive therapy sessions in Spanish.

• Possess a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Preferred experience with older adult or geriatric populations.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Ability to build a minimum of 15 weekly sessions; the role begins at 25 hours per week with the opportunity to expand.
