Bilingual Therapist, Spanish – Older Adults (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older Spanish-speaking adults through telehealth services.

• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, ensuring communication aligns with patients' cultural backgrounds.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each patient's specific goals and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with assistance from the care team.

• Utilize AI-assisted notes for documentation in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Provide therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy services to older adults covered by Medicare.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Hold an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where the position is advertised.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish, capable of conducting comprehensive therapy sessions in Spanish.

• Possess a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Prior experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Availability as a 1099 contractor for a minimum of 15 hours per week, or as a W2 employee for at least 25 hours per week.

• Must be independently licensed and able to practice without clinical supervision.
