Bilingual Therapist – Older Adults (Spanish, LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking elderly individuals through telehealth.

• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, considering patients' cultural and linguistic context.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's objectives and requirements.

• Handle an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the backing of the care team.

• Complete documentation in the EMR utilizing AI-assisted notes.

• Engage in regular compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Hold an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where the position is advertised.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• Capable of conducting complete therapy sessions in Spanish.

• Possess a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Background in Medicare billing is advantageous.

• Availability as a 1099 contractor starting at 15 hours per week, or as a W2 employee starting at 25 hours per week.

• Must aim for at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.
