Bilingual Therapist – Older Adults, Haitian Creole-Speaking, LCSW / LMFT / LMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults who speak Haitian Creole, delivered in a virtual environment.

• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Haitian Creole, ensuring communication within the patients' language and cultural framework.

• Create tailored treatment plans for each individual patient.

• Operate independently while collaborating with a care team.

• Oversee documentation through EMR and AI documentation tools.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations and participate in clinical leadership meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, independent clinical license such as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or an equivalent.

• Must hold a valid license in Florida.

• Fluent in both English and Haitian Creole.

• Capable of conducting complete therapy sessions in Haitian Creole.

• Hold a Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Familiarity with Medicare billing is a plus.

• Available to schedule at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.

• Open to part-time or full-time opportunities.

• 1099 arrangement begins at 15 hours per week; W2 arrangement starts at 25 hours per week.
