Bilingual Therapist – Haitian Creole, Older Adults (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults who speak Haitian Creole through telehealth platforms.

• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Haitian Creole, considering the patients’ cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's objectives and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the support of the care team.

• Complete documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) using AI-assisted note-taking.

• Engage in regular paid case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Assist older adults dealing with grief, loss, isolation, and significant life transitions.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Possess an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this position is offered.

• Be fluent in both English and Haitian Creole.

• Capable of conducting complete therapy sessions in Haitian Creole.

• Hold a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• For 1099 contractors: availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week.

• For W2 employees: availability for at least 25 hours per week.

• A minimum of 15 weekly therapy sessions is required, as per the application form.
