Bilingual Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst – English/Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute behavior or functional analytic assessment processes

• Create case supervision and clinical management strategies

• Design and implement ABA treatment plans

• Consult with Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians on client and family issues

• Choose suitable stimulus materials and treatment methods according to the person's age and abilities

• Involve clients and families in setting treatment goals and educate families on treatment strategies and skills carryover

• Deliver clear and concise instructions while presenting therapy materials and techniques

• Precisely document and monitor daily progress of clients and families

• Utilize session time effectively to achieve objectives

• Provide timely and accurate feedback to clients and families

• Plan discharge processes for the individual served

• Complete stage two assessments

• Perform other assigned responsibilities

• Guide and mentor RBTs while fostering their professional development

• Employ digital phenotyping, intelligent assessment tools, and asynchronous supervision technology to enhance access and outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• BCBA certification for a minimum of 1 year

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or a related field, with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis

• At least two years of experience working with a pediatric population

• Two or more years of experience in an applied setting, engaging in functional assessments/analyses, developing and implementing functional behavior plans, and overseeing program implementation and adjustments

• Over 1 year of Telehealth supervision experience

• General knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis

• Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorder

• Experience in a managerial role

• Proficient computer skills, including Excel, database management, and record keeping

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Exceptional interpersonal and coaching abilities

• High degree of confidentiality

• Outstanding organizational skills

• Residing in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NC, NV, UT, OK, or CO

• Availability to work between 9am–6pm MT

• Ability to comply with Local, State, and Federal Regulations and adhere to FronteraCare policies and procedures
