Bilingual Systems Quality Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Examine business and technical documents to ascertain testing requirements, scenarios, and test cases.

• Strategize and organize testing activities to guarantee adequate test coverage and effective testing methodologies.

• Create and document test scenarios and test cases utilizing established testing tools.

• Keep the test catalogue current as new products, features, and functionalities are added or modified.

• Conduct tests within integrated solutions to verify functionality and adhere to quality standards.

• Identify, document, and report defects in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.

• Monitor defects to ensure prompt resolution and validate implemented corrections.

• Track testing progress and provide regular updates to the team manager.

• Prepare, review, and refresh procedure documentation that supports testing activities and best practices in business.

• Work collaboratively with team members to complete testing tasks efficiently and on time.

• Participate in initiatives aimed at continuously improving testing processes and overall quality.

• A degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Capability to summarize intricate information effectively.

• Comfortable executing routine tasks while upholding accuracy and consistency.

• Ability to independently manage priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities in both French and English.

• High aptitude for operating in a computerized setting and learning new systems and tools.

• Intermediate proficiency in English necessary for regular communication with English-speaking external and internal parties and the use of English IT tools.

• Must meet the Government of Canada Personnel Security Screening requirements if job responsibilities necessitate work at a data center or access to detailed client-service technology knowledge.
