Bilingual Software Tester, CYARA Contact Centre, AWS Connect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Evaluate online public-facing applications and telephone systems in French.

• Ensure that functionality, usability, accuracy, and performance standards are met.

• Work alongside development teams to identify, document, and monitor software defects and inconsistencies.

• Develop test plans, test cases, and testing scripts.

• Conduct test cases and communicate the findings.

• Offer insights and suggestions for enhancements.

• Engage in team meetings to address testing progress, obstacles, and solutions.

• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software testing.

• Experience with CYARA Contact Centre testing is mandatory.

• Experience with AWS Connect is essential.

• Proficiency in French, both written and spoken, is required.

• A solid understanding of English is necessary.

• Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
