
Bilingual Sleep Services Care Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Receive calls from referral sources and secure referral orders through telephone, fax, and electronic methods in a call center setting.
• Organize the delivery of medical equipment and healthcare services.
• Reach out to patients, providers, and online tracking systems to verify delivery and service completion.
• Carry out follow-up quality inquiries to guarantee that service and care standards are upheld.
• Record patient communications in an internal database.
• Engage with patients daily regarding equipment compliance via phone, email, and text.
• Acquire and transmit clinical documentation to equipment providers.
• Relay patient status updates to supervisors, team members, and external entities.
• Gather and input accurate patient information.
• Access and enter patient compliance data across various manufacturer platforms.
• Respond to inquiries from patients, providers, and company personnel.
• Identify and address service issues and complaints.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulatory, contractual, and accreditation standards.
• Provide after-hours on-call support when available.
• Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA privacy and security regulations.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• Must be proficient in both English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Comparable professional experience is advantageous.
• Must adhere to continuing education requirements.
