This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Deliver reflective supervision to home visitors and parent educators at least twice a month.
• Foster reflective practices and a trauma-informed approach throughout the program.
• Work in partnership with the Home Visiting Director to create supervision schedules, set goals, and design reflective learning activities.
• Assist staff in establishing positive outcomes and goals for families based on assessments and curricula.
• Encourage safe and nurturing relationships between young children and their caregivers.
• Oversee and ensure quality documentation and adherence to CYFD and ECECD standards.
• Uphold family and staff confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and support professional development initiatives.
• Supervise multiple home visitors/parent educators who provide services to 15–28 families.
• Keep precise records and ensure timely documentation in data management systems.
• Record reflective supervision sessions and submit them to the Home Visiting Director.
• Ensure family-related data and outcomes are accurately entered into CYFD databases.
• Assist staff in maintaining current and compliant family files.
• Attend necessary MECA, CYFD, and ECECD training sessions.
• Participate in reflective consultation and ongoing professional growth.
• Help with onboarding and training new home visiting personnel.
• Create and uphold a professional development plan.
• Take part in routine file audits and program evaluations.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood Development, or a related field (mandatory).
• Active New Mexico license (LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT required).
• Infant Mental Health Endorsement is preferred or must be obtained within two years of hire.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Windows, data management systems).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Capability to train and mentor staff with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

• Completion of required Home Visiting and reflective supervision training sessions.
