Bilingual Senior Employee Relations – Ethics Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess incoming ethics hotline complaints and formulate actionable investigation strategies.

• Execute impartial, confidential investigations into fraud, conflicts of interest, bribery, ethical violations, misconduct, and breaches of policy.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts in EHS, HR, Legal, Trade Compliance, Quality, and Operations.

• Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Gather, document, and analyze evidence effectively.

• Carry out interviews with witnesses and relevant subjects.

• Work in partnership with Human Resources, Legal, Internal Audit, and external counsel on sensitive issues.

• Examine investigation data to uncover trends and reduce compliance risks.

• Suggest modifications to policies or processes.

• Plan and conduct operational and internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with both internal policies and external regulations.

• Compose investigation and audit reports detailing findings, root causes, and actionable recommendations for senior management.

• Implement training and awareness programs to reinforce the company's ethical culture and compliance standards.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in internal auditing, corporate investigations, or HR compliance.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Advanced skills in interviewing.

• High emotional intelligence and objective judgment.

• Unwavering integrity.

• Capability to uphold strict confidentiality regarding sensitive personal information.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
