Bilingual, RN – Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth and virtual care clinical triage assessments, health education, and various services to a diverse range of patients and health plan members.

• Assist patients through phone, video, chat, and other communication channels to facilitate access to high-quality, cost-effective care.

• Support patients in achieving better wellness and inform them about healthcare resources and associated costs.

• Operate independently to make clinical decisions regarding routine patient care matters at the RN license level.

• Offer patient-centered care and guidance via phone or online platforms.

• Evaluate patient needs and either provide or direct them to the suitable level of care.

• Recognize potential health issues and encourage patients to make informed health choices.

• Engage in communication with organizational clients and team members through verbal and digital means.

• Track performance using dashboard metrics and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Take part in coaching sessions aimed at enhancing performance.

• Record all patient/member interactions in management software.

• Implement evidence-based protocols while fostering empathetic virtual relationships with patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with recent direct patient care experience.

• Preferred three (3) years in high acuity settings such as ICU, CC, ER, med-surg, telemetry, and/or Tele-Health, Telephonic Triage.

• Must currently reside in and hold a Multi-State (compact) unrestricted RN license in one of the following states: AL, AR, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, NC, ND, NH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI, WY.

• Ability to obtain licensure in additional states as needed.

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

• A minimum of an associate's degree from a two-year technical college or diploma nursing program is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Completion of online assessments is necessary.

• Assessments must be finalized within 24-48 hours prior to the expiration of the exam link.

• Availability for full-time work of 36-40 hours per week is required.

• The schedule must include at least two weekend days every two weeks.

• Attendance during 2-4 weeks of virtual training must be 100%.

• Home office must fulfill specific certification requirements for remote work positions.
