Bilingual, RN – Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct telehealth and virtual care clinical triage evaluations, health education, and various services for a wide range of patient and health plan member demographics.

• Operate autonomously to make clinical judgments regarding routine patient care matters within the RN license scope.

• Deliver patient-centered care and guidance via phone or online platforms.

• Precisely evaluate patient needs and either provide or direct them to the appropriate level of care.

• Recognize potential health issues and encourage patients to make healthier choices.

• Communicate verbally and digitally with clients within the organization and fellow team members.

• Track performance using dashboard metrics and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Engage in coaching sessions aimed at enhancing performance.

• Record all patient/member interactions utilizing management software.

• Uphold clinical competencies and foster virtual relationships with patients through innovative means.

• Undergo 2–4 weeks of virtual, interactive classroom training, with the initial two weeks scheduled during daytime hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with recent direct patient care involvement.

• Preferred three (3) years of experience in a high acuity environment such as ICU, CC, ER, med-surg, telemetry, tele-health, or telephonic triage.

• Must currently reside in and possess a Multi-State (compact) unrestricted RN license in AL, AR, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, NC, ND, NH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI, or WY.

• Capability to obtain licensure in additional states as required.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.

• At least an associate's degree from a two-year technical college or nursing diploma program is required.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Complete online assessments within 24–48 hours prior to the expiration of the exam link.

• Full-time availability of 36–40 hours per week is essential.

• The schedule requires at least two weekend days every two weeks.

• 100% attendance is mandatory during the 2–4 weeks of training.

• The home office must fulfill specific certification criteria for remote work roles.
