Bilingual, RN – Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct telehealth and virtual care clinical triage evaluations, health education, and various services for a diverse range of patients and health plan members.

• Operate autonomously to make clinical decisions regarding routine patient care matters at the RN license level.

• Deliver patient-centered care and guidance via phone or online platforms.

• Evaluate patient needs and either provide or direct patients to the suitable level of care.

• Identify potential health issues and encourage patients to make healthier choices.

• Communicate verbally and through digital channels with organizational clients and team members.

• Track performance using dashboard metrics and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Engage in coaching sessions to enhance performance.

• Record all patient/member interactions utilizing management software.

• Assist consumers through phone, video, chat, and other channels to access appropriate care, wellness enhancement, and healthcare resource education.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with recent hands-on patient care experience.

• Preferred three (3) years in high-acuity settings such as ICU, CC, ER, med-surg, telemetry, or Tele-Health/Telephonic Triage.

• Must currently be located in and hold a Multi-State (compact) unrestricted RN license in one of the following states: AL, AR, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, NC, ND, NH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI, WY.

• Ability to obtain licensure in additional states as needed.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

• Minimum of an associate's degree from a two-year technical college or a diploma nursing program.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Complete online assessments within 24–48 hours prior to the expiration of the exam link.

• Full-time availability of 36–40 hours per week is required.

• Schedule must include at least two weekend days every two weeks.

• 100% attendance is mandatory during the 2–4 weeks of training.

• The home office must comply with certification standards for remote work positions.
