This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Act as a customer-focused Cloud Solution Architect with expertise in generative AI, workplace productivity, and agentic solutions.
• Assist enterprise clients in identifying high-impact AI use cases, implementing secure and governed solutions, and advancing towards sophisticated usage and measurable business outcomes.
• Promote the adoption and sustained utilization of enterprise AI assistants, collaboration tools, and AI agents through customer-success and change-management initiatives.
• Provide guidance to customers and partners on the design, deployment, customization, and operationalization of AI-powered workplace solutions.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute AI and agentic use cases that align with business goals.
• Lead technical discussions addressing identity, security, compliance, governance, data access, licensing, and platform readiness challenges.
• Establish a secure and responsible AI foundation encompassing data protection, oversharing controls, information governance, and compliance practices.
• Oversee AI-agent development and governance utilizing a register, govern, and protect framework.
• Create adoption and change-management plans that cover executive sponsorship, user segmentation, communication strategies, training, and enablement initiatives.
• Educate customers and partners through technical demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and end-user training sessions.
• Employ adoption analytics and platform insights to convey usage trends, business impact, progress, and return on investment.
• Engage with business and technical decision-makers, including executives, to align AI adoption with measurable organizational objectives.
• Coordinate partner-led implementations and internal resources to expedite deployment, activation, and widespread adoption.
• Manage established adoption and consumption milestones across assigned customer accounts.
• Analyze usage and business outcome signals to identify opportunities for expansion, renewal, and additional solution offerings.
• Gather customer feedback, identify technical obstacles, recognize adoption patterns, and document success stories to enhance product and delivery processes.
• Lead and inspire technical communities while facilitating collaboration among customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, liberal arts, or a related field, along with 7–9 years of relevant experience; equivalent practical experience may also be accepted.
• A minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing enterprise role.
• At least 5 years of experience managing customer-facing technical projects.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with enterprise productivity and cloud platforms.
• Proven capability to manage stakeholders both internal and external, effectively communicating with technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Practical experience in deploying and driving adoption of enterprise AI productivity solutions, including administration, analytics, and organizational change management.
• Extensive knowledge in identity, security, compliance, and information governance, covering areas such as conditional access, identity governance, sensitivity labeling, data-loss prevention, AI data-security posture management, and advanced content-management controls.
• Experience in building, deploying, and governing AI agents using a low-code development platform.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is essential; candidates lacking this experience will not be considered.
• A minimum of two relevant technical certifications in enterprise administration, information security, AI administration, agentic solution architecture, or AI business applications is required.
• Candidates must possess at least two of the following certifications: MS-102, SC-401, AB-900, AB-100, or AB-730.
• Both the bilingual language requirement and the minimum certification requirement are compulsory.
• Preferred qualifications include direct experience with enterprise AI assistant and agentic-solution deployment, comparable generative AI platforms, sustained AI adoption, customer education, executive engagement, adoption analytics, change-management strategies, implementation-partner coordination, technical-community leadership, and emerging-AI learning.
