Bilingual Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Carry out clinical intakes and evaluations

• Create personalized, trauma-informed treatment strategies

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy through telehealth

• Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Assist parents and caregivers with education and care coordination

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation within the EHR

• Offer culturally sensitive care that takes into account each family's language, culture, and specific needs

• Develop a caseload of 15–36 sessions weekly

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C

• Background in working with children, adolescents, and families

• Capability to operate independently in a remote setting

• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and documentation abilities

• Dedication to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices

• Bilingual English/Spanish clinicians are highly preferred

• Availability generally for weekday afternoons and evenings, from 2–9 PM; weekend availability is an advantage
