
Bilingual Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
β’ Carry out clinical intakes and evaluations
β’ Create personalized, trauma-informed treatment strategies
β’ Deliver individual, family, and group therapy through telehealth
β’ Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
β’ Assist parents and caregivers with education and care coordination
β’ Ensure timely and accurate documentation within the EHR
β’ Offer culturally sensitive care that takes into account each family's language, culture, and specific needs
β’ Develop a caseload of 15β36 sessions weekly
β’ Valid Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C
β’ Background in working with children, adolescents, and families
β’ Capability to operate independently in a remote setting
β’ Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and documentation abilities
β’ Dedication to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
β’ Bilingual English/Spanish clinicians are highly preferred
β’ Availability generally for weekday afternoons and evenings, from 2β9 PM; weekend availability is an advantage
