This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Organize and prepare medical records for physicians.

• Update patient health information and history.

• Conduct precise medical data entry and documentation.

• Evaluate basic lab results and screening processes.

• Adhere to HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility guidelines.

• Assist physicians with administrative and clerical responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual with experience in healthcare or medical translation.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Detail-oriented and dependable.

• Available Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM CST.

• Background in healthcare, hospitals, medical translation, or medical documentation.

• Experience in US healthcare is required in the application.
