Bilingual Licensed Therapist – Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical services via virtual care platforms.

• Perform thorough assessments and intake evaluations for new patients and families dealing with ADHD and anxiety.

• Offer tailored treatment recommendations, which may include referrals to community providers when suitable.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions for caregivers of children with ADHD, anxiety, and co-occurring conditions like Autism Spectrum Disorder.

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, integrated care.

• Play a role in program development, evaluation, and research initiatives in line with personal interests and organizational requirements.

• Influence the care model and enhance workflows that promote high-quality, sustainable care.

• Maintain a flexible 40-hour work schedule during weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm and Saturdays, adhering to the time zone where care is delivered.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed mental health professional (LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW).

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline.

• Active license in California.

• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states.

• Experience in integrated care environments.

• Familiarity with evidence-based approaches, particularly for pediatric ADHD and anxiety.

• Proficient with technology and quick to learn virtual care tools.

• Able to operate from a private, secure location with reliable internet access.

• Willing to work a minimum of 2 hours per week during peak times (M-F 6:00-8:00 pm PT and/or Saturday 8:00 am-2:00 pm PT).

• Proficient in Spanish.
