This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver verbal interpretation services to enhance communication between patients and healthcare providers.

• Precisely and effectively interpret medical discussions, encompassing patient history, diagnoses, treatment options, and instructions.

• Assist in translating medical documents and forms.

• Uphold a high level of confidentiality while adhering to professional and ethical standards.

• Remain current on medical terminology and procedures.

• Foster rapport and build trust with patients and healthcare professionals.

• Proficient in both English and Italian (both spoken and written).

• Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to various dialects and accents.

• Excellent listening and comprehension abilities.

• Highly professional and empathetic attitude.

• Strong organizational skills and multitasking capabilities.

• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.

• Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, or Ryzen 5 3000 series or higher.

• Minimum 4 cores / 8 threads.

• 8–16 GB RAM.

• 256 GB SSD or larger.

• Wired Ethernet connection is mandatory.

• VPN use is prohibited; work must be conducted only from the designated location.

• Wired headset with boom microphone featuring unidirectional noise cancellation.

• Wireless devices, earbuds, and speakers are not permitted.

• 1080p camera at 30–60 fps with autofocus.

• Storing company information, making recordings, taking screenshots, or utilizing built-in translation features is strictly forbidden.
