Bilingual Inforce Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Supervisor of Legacy Products Operations

• Process transactions that vary in complexity

• Accurately review or process received transactions in a timely manner

• Deliver service to both internal and external clients through email, phone, or mail

• Research and analyze inquiries, identify resolutions, and process necessary transactions

• Collaborate with teams across different offices to manage fluctuating volumes and meet service standards

• Propose process improvements to enhance service efficiency

• Work effectively with other departments within Contract Services

• Achieve or surpass productivity, quality, and service benchmarks

• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize daily responsibilities based on workload and urgency

• Execute a diverse range of tasks within the administrative unit

• Communicate with clients, plan sponsors, agents, and brokers both in writing and via phone

• Proactively handle all requests

⛳️ Requirements

• College diploma or equivalent experience

• Bilingual in French and English is mandatory

• Capability to communicate in both English and French to assist clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec

• Strong decision-making and interpersonal abilities

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Adaptability to fast-paced work environments

• Strong orientation towards customer service

• Proactive and self-driven
