Bilingual Immigration Staff Attorney, English-Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop tailored legal strategies for each client.

• Assess application packets, declarations, and motions related to family-based petitions, consular processing, T-Visas, SIJS, VAWA, and waivers.

• Evaluate and deliver constructive feedback to paralegals and legal assistants.

• Perform thorough initial reviews to uncover legal issues.

• Advocate for clients during Adjustment of Status interviews before USCIS.

• Act as the “Attorney of the Day” and provide legal advice to the team.

• Attend operational meetings regularly.

• Engage in Consultation Day Events.

• Manage a full caseload and meet with clients directly.

• Collaborate effectively with paralegals, support staff, and community partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active U.S. Bar license.

• Over 2 years of experience as an attorney handling complex immigration cases, including T-Visa, VAWA, U-Visa, and SIJS.

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with native or fluent proficiency.

• Skilled in Google Workspace, Slack, and Immigration Case Management Systems (Camplegal).

• Exhibit a growth-oriented “can-do” mindset.

• Commitment to continuous improvement and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to work 45 to 50 hours each week.
