This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist attorneys in their daily tasks.

• Arrange meetings, consultations, and commitments while managing attorneys’ calendars to ensure that deadlines and priorities are adhered to.

• Maintain the production team’s and the entire firm’s metrics, including active cases, progress by stage, and deadlines.

• Prepare and deliver periodic reports on essential production and firm-wide metrics to aid in strategic decision-making.

• Act as a liaison between attorneys, the production team, and upper management, facilitating smooth and timely communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or in a comparable role within an immigration law firm.

• Bilingual (Spanish/English): fluent in both spoken and written communication (B2 level or higher).

• Demonstrated experience with humanitarian cases such as T Visa, U Visa, VAWA, and SIJS.

• Proven ability to manage multiple calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize commitments in high-pressure environments.

• Skilled in tracking performance indicators and generating clear, timely reports to support decision-making.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Monday, and Camplegal.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, discretion, and capability in handling confidential information.

• Availability for 40 to 45 hours per week in a remote work setting.

• Possess personal computer equipment and a reliable internet connection.
