Bilingual Health Related Travel Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the Health Related Travel program.

• Manage client requests for health-related travel authorization and reimbursement.

• Directly communicate with clients, medical consultants, and healthcare professionals for clarifications.

• Deliver exceptional customer service across all service areas.

• Evaluate, analyze, and process reimbursement requests based on established criteria.

• Engage with clients, medical consultants, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders through email, phone, and other communication channels.

• Work varied shifts from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to review, analyze, and process reimbursement requests from clients for health-related travel according to established criteria.

• Communicate clearly, concisely, and in a friendly manner via email and phone.

• Skill in organizing work and information accurately and efficiently.

• Strong technical skills and the ability to multitask across various software applications.

• Proficient in corresponding with clients, medical consultants, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders through multiple communication methods.

• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

• High attention to detail and capacity to focus while using a computer for extended periods.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Post-secondary diploma or degree and/or relevant experience in customer service or office administration.

• Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B).

• Completion of fingerprinting, Criminal Record Check, and Credit Check.

• Must have lived in Canada for a minimum of 5 years.

• Must possess Permanent Resident or Citizenship Status.
