This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide outstanding customer experiences during every customer interaction.
• Actively endorse Company products and initiatives with sound professional judgment.
• Assess account histories to comprehend customers’ financial conditions and identify effective measures to reduce loss.
• Adhere to Ford Credit policies and guidelines to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Serve as a Ford Credit brand ambassador while addressing sensitive financial matters with empathy, firmness, and professionalism.
• Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a fast-paced setting.
• Quickly adjust to evolving priorities and account signals.
• Engage in team meetings, contribute insights, and work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Provide and receive constructive feedback from colleagues and supervisors.
• Contribute to team and company objectives by taking on new responsibilities and adapting to changes.
• Utilize company email and internet access in accordance with established policies.
• High School Diploma or Canadian Adult Education Credential (CAEC) Equivalency.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Expertise in managing challenging conversations and extracting information while upholding a professional demeanor.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to learn internal account management software.
• Capable of multitasking efficiently.
• Competent in working effectively within a remote team environment with a high level of accuracy.
• Prior experience in collections, credit, or a high-volume financial services environment where negotiation was a key responsibility.
• Skillful in answering inbound calls and making outbound calls with customer and dealer satisfaction as a priority.
• Capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously and adapting to other work requirements as necessary.
• Proficient in resolving customer and dealer issues in a positive and professional manner.
• Candidates must reside in and be legally authorized to work in Canada.
