Bilingual Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming customer calls and chat inquiries in both English and Spanish.

• Support customers with account setup, password recovery, and document submissions.

• Address general inquiries and assist customers in managing their accounts.

• Confirm eligibility for coverage and evaluate healthcare plan options.

• Precisely record customer interactions and enter data into internal systems.

• Resolve basic issues and provide prompt solutions.

• Adhere to established policies and procedures within a regulated environment.

• Fulfill necessary training, assessments, and certifications.

• Maintain adaptability as processes and programs change.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (mandatory).

• Preferably experienced in customer service or call center settings.

• Strong computer skills and capability to navigate various systems.

• Comfortable managing high call volumes and multitasking effectively.

• Ability to deliver professional and supportive customer service.

• Experience in the healthcare or insurance sector is a plus.

• Background in retail or food service with significant customer-facing experience is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.

• Must be U.S.-based, excluding CA, WA, DC, HI, PR.

• A quiet and professional workspace is required.

• Availability between 7:45 AM – 10:00 PM local time is essential.

• Completion of mandatory training, assessments, and certifications is required.
