Bilingual Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to online chat inquiries.

• Support customers with account creation and assist with password resets.

• Guide customers in uploading documents and navigating online portals.

• Provide information regarding healthcare coverage and eligibility.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and deliver timely solutions.

• Record customer interactions and maintain precise documentation.

• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

• Ensure a professional and empathetic customer service experience.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish.

• Prior experience in customer service.

• Familiarity with handling inbound calls.

• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate various systems.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• A quiet, professional home office with reliable internet access.

• Must have flexible availability between 7:45 AM and 10:00 PM local time.

• Commitment to a 6-month contract.
