Bilingual Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming customer calls and chat inquiries in both English and Spanish.

• Support customers with account setup, password resets, and document uploads.

• Address general inquiries and assist customers in managing their accounts.

• Confirm eligibility for coverage and review options for healthcare plans.

• Accurately record customer interactions and input data into internal systems.

• Resolve basic issues and provide prompt solutions.

• Adhere to established policies and procedures within a regulated environment.

• Complete all required training, testing, and certifications.

• Maintain adaptability as processes and programs change.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (mandatory).

• Previous experience in customer service or call center settings is preferred.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

• Comfortable managing high call volumes and multitasking effectively.

• Capability to provide professional and supportive customer service.

• Experience in healthcare or insurance is a plus.

• Background in retail or food service with significant customer interaction is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is beneficial.

• A quiet, professional workspace is necessary.

• Open availability between 7:45 AM and 10:00 PM local time.

• Completion of all required training, testing, and certifications is essential.
