• Provide assistance to clients within the optical sector

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the organization

• Respond to inquiries promptly and with courtesy

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Exceptional written communication abilities, demonstrating clarity, strong grammar, and empathy

• Capability to convert issues into effective and satisfactory resolutions

• Competence in using computers and digital tools

• Quick and precise typing skills

• Willingness to work a schedule of 5 days on and 2 days off, from Monday to Friday
