This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +13 more states.
• Train patients in a designated territory, district, or region according to clinical service demands, vacancies, or periods of absence.
• Meet quarterly clinical initiative goals aligned with business requirements.
• Follow up with prescribers post-training to provide support, education, data management training, and to identify new customer opportunities.
• Deliver product sales, data management, and clinical assistance to physicians, mid-level staff, CDCESs, and ancillary personnel regarding Omnipod Insulin Management Systems.
• Cultivate customer relationships and promote the use of Omnipod Insulin Management Systems.
• Advocate for CSII therapy and market Omnipod systems to patients and providers through individual or group sessions, both virtually and in person, as well as through continuing education events.
• Achieve at least 3 individual in-person training sessions or separate virtual group trainings daily, aiming for over 20 trainings per week.
• Provide territory updates and progress reports on the Top 60 Physicians/Accounts to the Regional Business Director, Clinical Business Manager, and District Sales Manager.
• Maintain regular communication with the Territory Manager regarding territory requirements and advancements.
• Assist in pump clinics, support groups, informational sessions, office educational events, patient information nights, JDRF walks, and vendor days.
• Assess and recommend Certified Pod Trainers and Level 3 CPTs for consultant CPT roles.
• Complete retention pathway follow-ups within 30 days at an efficiency rate greater than 80%.
• Allocate or conduct patient training based on territorial needs, costs, and timeliness considerations.
• Offer regular product demonstrations to both patients and healthcare professionals.
• Engage physicians in productive discussions and facilitate action.
• Clarify pump data management and work with healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes.
• Provide field insights to regional and district leadership.
• Fulfill administrative responsibilities and manage expenses promptly.
• Carry out other assigned tasks as needed.
• Associate degree.
• Bilingual: English / Spanish.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Professional, current credentials and/or certifications, such as CDCES, RD, RN, PharmD, or other clinical qualifications and/or certifications.
• State licensure as required by the state.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory.
• Capability to lift, carry, and transport up to 30 lbs.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting and/or managing patients with diabetes and pump therapy.
• Preferred: Previous experience in a commercial role within the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Professional and polished presentation skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated individual who requires minimal supervision.
