This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
β’ Providing customer service and managing processing for employee benefit plans based on accounts
β’ Addressing inquiries from participants, financial advisors, and plan administrators
β’ Delivering exceptional service to all callers through phone, email, or chat
β’ Responding to inquiries and requests from account owners and participants via phone
β’ Analyzing, reviewing, processing, calculating, and disbursing claims according to information and plan specifications
β’ Ensuring confidentiality and maintaining HIPAA compliance for the department, clients, and participants
β’ Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory
β’ High school diploma or GED required, along with relevant education or equivalent experience
β’ Preferably over 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment
β’ Competency and experience with Microsoft Office, Excel applications, and claims processing or benefit card systems
