This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist customers in enhancing their operational efficiency and ensuring workflow consistency through the effective utilization of PBS v10 Apex.
• Acquire and develop a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the PBS v10 Apex software and the training processes for customers.
• Support customers with the deployment, transition, and integration of PBS v10 Apex into their everyday dealership operations.
• Conduct virtual training sessions for customers focusing on assigned modules.
• Promote product adoption by reinforcing best practices and fostering customer engagement.
• Follow up with customers after training to aid in retention, adoption, and achieving long-term success.
• Recognize gaps in customer usage or understanding and offer appropriate guidance.
• Cultivate positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are effectively addressed.
• Promptly respond to both internal and external training requests.
• Create tickets, investigate issues, and escalate matters to relevant teams as needed.
• Oversee the v10 Apex queue.
• Keep documentation up-to-date and adjust processes as they evolve.
• Share expertise within the assigned module and among the v10 Apex team.
• Stay informed about new products and commit to ongoing education and cross-training.
• Undertake additional assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Proficient in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
• 1-2 years of experience in a car dealership environment, specifically in Fixed Operations.
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new software tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, including presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Outstanding customer service skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Strong capabilities in documentation.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• High School Diploma is required.
