
Bilingual Automotive Sales Specialist – Training and Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide expert training and assistance to both new and existing customers utilizing the Sales module of PBS Dealer Management Software.
• Primarily conduct virtual training sessions in both English and French.
• Assist customers throughout the software implementation process ensuring seamless transitions.
• Deliver onsite training for new software installations.
• Navigate and showcase the PBS DMS system while fostering positive, solution-oriented customer relationships.
• Independently oversee and conduct assigned training sessions.
• Evolve into a self-reliant installation resource.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of PBS software and training methodologies.
• Respond swiftly to both internal and external training inquiries.
• Carry out data entry and other essential operational duties.
• Stay updated on current changes in departmental process documentation.
• Share expertise across departments and promote team learning and development.
• Enhance product knowledge and engage in cross-training opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team atmosphere.
• Proficient in both French and English (speaking, reading, writing).
• 1–2 years of experience within a car dealership setting, specifically focused on Sales.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications.
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA for up to 2 weeks per month.
• Valid passport or the ability to acquire one.
• Full, valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities.
• Experience with PBS software is a significant advantage.
• Background in conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions is a notable asset.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional documentation skills.
• High school diploma.
