Bilingual Automotive Sales Specialist – Training and Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide expert training and assistance to both new and existing clients using the Sales module of PBS Dealer Management Software.

• Primarily conduct virtual training sessions in both English and French.

• Support customers throughout the software implementation journey.

• Offer onsite training for new software deployments.

• Effectively navigate and showcase the PBS DMS system while ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Independently oversee and deliver assigned training sessions.

• Become a self-sufficient installation resource.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of PBS software and training methodologies.

• Respond swiftly to both internal and external training inquiries.

• Execute data entry and associated operational tasks.

• Keep up-to-date with the evolving documentation of departmental processes.

• Share knowledge across departments and contribute to team learning and development.

• Enhance product knowledge and engage in cross-training opportunities.

• Foster a collaborative and positive team atmosphere.

• Undertake other assigned duties and responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English, including proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.

• 1–2 years of experience within a car dealership environment, specifically in Sales.

• Strong computer literacy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications.

• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA for up to 2 weeks per month.

• Valid passport or the ability to obtain one.

• A full, valid, and unrestricted driver's license.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking capabilities.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Effective time management and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Exceptional documentation skills.

• High school diploma.

• Experience with PBS software is an advantage.

• Experience in facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions is a plus.
