
Bilingual Automotive Accounting Specialist – Training and Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide expert training and support to both new and existing customers utilizing the Accounting module of PBS Dealer Management Software.
• Primarily conduct virtual training sessions in both English and French.
• Assist customers throughout the software implementation process to ensure seamless transitions.
• Deliver onsite training for new software installations.
• Navigate and showcase the PBS DMS system while fostering positive, solutions-oriented relationships with customers.
• Independently oversee and conduct assigned training sessions within the core accounting area.
• Become a self-sufficient installation resource.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of PBS software and training methodologies.
• Promptly respond to training requests from both internal and external sources.
• Carry out data entry and other operational responsibilities.
• Stay informed about the evolving documentation of departmental processes.
• Share knowledge across different areas and contribute to team learning and development.
• Enhance product knowledge and engage in cross-training opportunities.
• Promote a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Execute other assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Proficient in French and English, including speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in an automotive dealership setting, specializing in accounting.
• Strong computer skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new software tools.
• Willingness to travel within Canada and the USA for up to two weeks each month.
• Possess a valid passport or the capability to obtain one.
• Hold a full, valid, and unrestricted driver's license.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities.
• Experience with PBS software is a significant advantage.
• Background in conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions is a valuable asset.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional documentation skills.
• High school diploma required.
