
Bilingual Audiology Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver audiological support via phone to customers, covering fitting, troubleshooting, software guidance, product selection, and technical reviews.
• Work collaboratively with Sales and Training teams.
• Engage in seminars, workshops, and product launch events.
• Contribute as a member of the multidisciplinary Audiology & Training team.
• A Master’s degree or equivalent in Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialization.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with NOAH and manufacturer-specific software.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities for customer engagement.
• Proven experience in selecting and fitting Hearing Instruments and FM systems.
• Expertise in testing, fitting hearing aids, programming software, and using verification equipment.
• Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, and presentation capabilities.
• Excellent time management and negotiation skills.
• Proficient technical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong teamwork abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and verbal, is essential.
