Associate III – ECC Enterprise Support, Bilingual-Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain positive relationships with donors, participants, businesses, and community organizations.

• Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, chat, text messaging, and social media platforms.

• Assist in fundraising initiatives and Fitness Programs through participant engagement, donor stewardship, and customer service.

• Address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

• Meticulously document interactions and input data into various software systems and databases.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to collect information and communicate updates effectively.

• Generate reports, track participant and donor details, and support administrative tasks.

• Manage confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

• Juggle multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, call center operations, or a related field.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage audiences across various communication platforms.

• Strong customer service orientation coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and handle conversations with professionalism and empathy.

• Proficient in accurately processing and entering information into different software systems.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information.
