Bids and Tenders Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer assistance and perform technical evaluations of bidding procedures.

• Create and manage documentation while adhering to related deadlines.

• Assist with operational tasks for organizing public-sector procurements in compliance with relevant legal standards and the client's internal policies.

• Aid in preliminary assessments, risk evaluations, market price investigations, and the compilation of reference documents.

• Contribute to the planning and management of IT solution procurements.

• Support the selection of suppliers and oversee the management of price registration tools, computerized procurement management systems, as well as information management and analysis systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Certification is not mandatory.

• Preferred experience: 3 years in the technical qualification of similar processes, contracts, bids, and electronic reverse auctions.

• Technical expertise in Information Technology.

• Familiarity with bid notice analysis.
