Bid & Proposal Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engage in the creation, submission, and evaluation of sales proposals.

• Collaborate with sales, service, marketing, consulting, legal, and other departments on bid submissions.

• Manage the proposal lifecycle from the moment a request is received to the final delivery and completion.

• Develop graphics, compose and revise content, proofread, format, and oversee version control.

• Ensure that proposals adhere to submission guidelines and align with internal organizational standards.

• Coordinate with team members to achieve milestones and tackle essential tasks for winning bids.

• Maintain and regularly update a database of approved proposal content.

• Evaluate contract costs, risks, and advantages, then price proposals accordingly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification from abroad.

• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Fundamental skills and proficiency in the field.

• Capability to develop and package responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.

• Competence in analyzing costs, risks, and benefits associated with proposed contracts and pricing proposals.

• Skills in proposal writing, editing, proofreading, formatting, and graphic design.

• Experience in version control and maintaining a content database.

• Ability to ensure adherence to submission guidelines and internal protocols.

• Proficiency in collaborating with sales, service, marketing, consulting, legal, and other departments.
