Bid Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of proposals by developing and managing thorough Bid Plans, which include milestones, sprints, and the RASCI matrix.

• Organize and facilitate bid kick-off meetings, daily stand-ups, and review sessions.

• Coordinate and lead bid teams, working closely with Solution Architects, Subject Matter Experts, Bid Officers, and consortium partners/subcontractors.

• Analyze Calls for Tender and requests for proposals to confirm that technical, financial, and administrative requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled.

• Assess technical contributions for practicality and compliance.

• Compose integrated sections of proposal responses.

• Ensure that deliverables align with Cronos Europa’s quality and branding standards.

• Assist Business Development with competitive analyses, partner identification, and Go/No-Go risk assessments along with win probability evaluations.

• Perform lessons-learned reviews after submissions.

• Conduct organized handover sessions to delivery, account, and contract management teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in Bid Management, Pre-sales, or Tender Project Management.

• Ideally, experience within EU Institutions, international public procurement, or large-scale IT services.

• Strong skills in project scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Familiarity with PM², APMP, or Agile/Sprint methodologies is a significant advantage.

• Capability to convert complex requirements into client-focused value propositions.

• A keen understanding of competitive market dynamics.

• Good knowledge of quality and governance standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ITIL, GDPR, DORA, and NIS2.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English.

• Ability to maintain a calm and focused demeanor under tight deadlines.

• Advanced skills in MS Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Advanced proficiency in MS SharePoint.
