This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +1 more country.
• Assemble Bills of Materials and generate quotations for Account Managers.
• Examine project designs, specifications, and documentation to identify project needs.
• Compute quantities and labor needs for cost estimation.
• Create draft cost templates and tender documents for internal assessment.
• Ensure quotations align with client standards, requirements, and expectations.
• Develop tenders and standardized tender templates and documentation.
• Oversee tender review, approval, and commercial sign-off processes.
• Assist Account Managers during evaluations with Operations teams and clients.
• Keep records of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Track tender deadlines and guarantee timely submission completion.
• Facilitate tender review activities between Sales and Operations teams.
• Aid procurement and tender administration tasks, including management approval documentation.
• Draft correspondence and documents for internal stakeholders, bidders, and contractors.
• Engage in client-facing tender review meetings as needed.
• Proven experience in bid coordination, bid management, administration, or document control.
• Familiarity with complex documentation and information.
• Strong grasp of tender preparation and coordination processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in the security, engineering, construction, architecture, or related fields (preferred).
• Background in project-based environments (preferred).
• Knowledge of Bluebeam software (preferred).
• Experience in construction, electrical engineering, procurement, logistics, or a similar analytical setting (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
