BI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Design and improve HR/ERP data integrations, reporting, and analytics solutions.

• Create and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and DAX.

• Develop and manage Snowflake SQL, data pipelines, and reporting datasets.

• Engage with CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM data structures and interfaces.

• Convert business requirements into scalable BI solutions.

• Identify and resolve data quality, reporting, and integration challenges.

• Partner with ERP, HR, data, and business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Arizona and be local to Phoenix at the time of application.

• Expertise in SQL at an advanced level.

• Proficiency in Power BI.

• Experience with Snowflake.

• Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).

• W2 employment only; no C2C, third-party vendors, or subcontracting permitted.

• No sponsorship available.

• An in-person interview in Phoenix is mandatory within one week of the closing date.

• Ability to start within two weeks of receiving an offer.

• Completion of a HireRight background check and drug screening is required.

• Current city must be listed on the resume.

• Experience with CGI Advantage, preferably Advantage 4.0 HRM, is desired.
