BI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance HR/ERP data integrations, reporting, and analytics solutions.

• Create and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and DAX.

• Develop and manage Snowflake SQL, data pipelines, and reporting datasets.

• Work with CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM data structures and interfaces.

• Convert business requirements into scalable BI and data solutions.

• Diagnose data quality, reporting, and integration challenges.

• Collaborate with ERP, HR, data, and business stakeholders.

• Assist with data analysis, modeling, and reporting needs.

• Ensure data quality and maintain accurate reporting outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in SQL.

• Strong knowledge of Power BI.

• Proficient in Snowflake.

• Experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).

• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving abilities.

• Background in developing data pipelines and reporting datasets.

• Familiarity with ERP/HR data models, integrations, and reporting.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Capability to work independently within a team-oriented environment.

• Experience with CGI Advantage, preferably CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM, is preferred.

• Background in translating business needs into scalable BI and data solutions is preferred.

• Familiarity with ERP/HR systems and data structures is preferred.

• Experience in diagnosing data quality, reporting, and integration issues is preferred.

• Must currently reside in the Phoenix area.

• Must be available for an in-person interview within one week of the posting close date.

• Must be able to start within two weeks of receiving an offer.
