This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate ideas, conduct research, scout locations, and develop a portfolio of customized small-group and private trips designed for specific guest profiles.
• Create comprehensive, exclusive itineraries that showcase unique destinations, cultural experiences, homes, and activities.
• Manage operational plans that encompass transportation, scheduling, luggage handling, group movements, insurance, and contingency strategies.
• Identify and secure accommodations, negotiate vendor rates and amenities, and oversee guest budgets.
• Communicate with guests, travel coordinators, luxury homeowners, real estate agents, and travel suppliers from initial interaction through post-trip follow-up.
• Act as the primary guest contact during travel, addressing issues and emergencies as they arise.
• Establish and nurture relationships with luxury homeowners, villa and real estate partners, and experience providers.
• Deliver personalized, discreet service while ensuring strict confidentiality.
• Collaborate with internal program and communications teams.
• Achieve or surpass sales and service performance metrics.
• As the team expands, mentor, coach, and develop Travel Specialists.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing bespoke small-group or private trips for discerning clients, with tangible examples of trips developed from concept to execution.
• Experience with a tour operator, luxury travel design agency, premium membership travel program, or a similar travel product development environment.
• Strong skills in operational planning, including group logistics, vendor coordination, and contingency planning.
• Extensive knowledge of global travel destinations and an established network of suppliers, property owners, and experience providers.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust with high-profile clients and internal stakeholders.
• Professional demeanor, discretion, and sound business judgment.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and capable of prioritizing and fulfilling commitments in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
• Willingness to travel as needed and to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• BA/BS in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 10 years of luxury travel experience is preferred.
• More than 5 years of team management experience is preferred.
• Experience with luxury villa or private home rentals is preferred.
• Availability that aligns with North American or European time zones is preferred.
