This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Strategize and implement comprehensive multi-channel campaigns throughout the Benelux region.
• Prioritize target accounts and customize engagement strategies for both strategic prospects and new logo opportunities.
• Oversee the entire lead lifecycle, from segmentation to sales handoff and pipeline monitoring.
• Collaborate with sales teams, using data insights to pinpoint in-market accounts, particularly new-logo prospects in the Netherlands.
• Develop and manage programs aimed at engaging CIO/CISO-level buyers.
• Establish and nurture channel partner relationships across the Benelux region, with a specific focus on the Netherlands' partner ecosystem.
• Align channel marketing strategies with sales objectives and targets for new logos.
• Implement co-branded marketing initiatives, partner campaigns, and training/enabling activities.
• Provide on-site support to Benelux partners as necessary.
• Organize and oversee partner events, executive roundtables, and industry trade shows.
• Assist in regional awareness and demand-generation initiatives.
• Customize and localize global webinars, emails, and campaign materials for regional application.
• Work together on event logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, ABM account progress, and new-logo conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales, SDR, marketing operations, presales, partner teams, and global departments.
• Travel frequently across the Benelux region to assist partners and attend events.
• Demonstrated experience in both channel and field marketing.
• Ideally, expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or vertical marketing.
• Strong business insight and comprehension of the Benelux market landscape.
• Proven experience in developing engagement programs for executive-level buyers, especially CIOs and CISOs.
• Background in building and enhancing channel partner ecosystems, including co-branded initiatives and partner training.
• Experience in organizing and managing field events, trade shows, and executive roundtables.
• Proficient in managing the complete lead lifecycle from segmentation to sales handoff.
• Experience in adapting or localizing centrally created marketing content for regional purposes.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in tracking campaign performance and ABM/new-logo conversion metrics.
• A genuine interest in AI and its applications in marketing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities, including working with senior stakeholders and sales leaders.
• Self-motivated individual who takes charge of the regional business strategy.
• Comprehensive understanding of channel partnerships.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions, including sales, marketing operations, presales, and partner teams.
• A team player with a collaborative approach.
• Flexibility and willingness to be on-site with Benelux partners as required, despite the role being remote.
• Candidates must possess the legal right to work in the job location.
• Applicants from outside the area should be prepared to relocate before their start date.
• On-site support for partners and events as needed.
• Travel across the Benelux region to assist partners and attend events.
