This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Manage incoming calls with precision, empathy, and a commitment to resolving issues on the first call.
• Utilize various systems and tools to investigate, resolve, and document intricate benefit inquiries.
• Deliver professional written communication through chat, follow-ups, and resolution emails.
• Efficiently handle member requests while adhering to compliance, quality, and service standards.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience in line with business expectations.
• Offer enhanced service to members regarding their benefits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to navigate and operate multiple systems and tools concurrently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must successfully undergo a background check.
• Must pass an internet speed test: download speed ≥25 Mbps, upload speed ≥5 Mbps, ping ≤175 ms.
• Must connect via an ethernet cable to a modem/router.
• Must reside in a qualifying U.S. state or municipality where the compensation structure meets applicable wage regulations.
• Applicants must not live in the excluded regions, including AK, AZ, CA, CT, CO, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NY, RI, OR, VT, WA, or the specified metropolitan areas.
• 10% shift differential following training.
