This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Handle incoming calls
• Respond to inquiries related to kits sent to beneficiaries
• Guide beneficiaries through the necessary forms to initiate benefits
• Review stop and reissuing cases
• Oversee inbox management
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Support participants and beneficiaries with inquiries about benefits
• Assist participants and beneficiaries in navigating the benefits process
• Operate multiple systems in a dynamic environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and drug test
• Strong organizational skills are necessary
• Excellent time management skills required
• Strong customer service orientation with clear, professional communication and the ability to follow instructions precisely
• Must pass an internet speed test: download speed of 25 Mbps or higher, upload speed of 5 Mbps or higher, and ping of 175 ms or lower
• Must have the capability to connect using an ethernet cable to a modem/router
• Must reside in a state where the compensation structure adheres to applicable wage regulations
• Currently not hiring in AK, AZ, CA, CT, CO, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NY, RI, OR, VT, WA, or specified metro areas
