This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond to incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries related to benefits.
• Offer clear explanations regarding healthcare, retirement, and various benefit options.
• Efficiently navigate multiple systems while ensuring accuracy.
• Uphold professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
• Achieve performance, quality, and attendance benchmarks.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Assist customers of Fortune 100 companies and government entities through Conduent’s essential services.
• Prior experience in customer service and/or call center roles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient typing and keyboarding skills.
• Capability to multitask and navigate various systems simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
• Experience in healthcare or employer benefits is highly preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete a paid training program.
• Must pass an internet speed test: download ≥25 Mbps, upload ≥5 Mbps, ping ≤175 ms.
• Must connect via an ethernet cable to a modem/router.
• Must reside in a qualifying US state or municipality where the compensation structure meets wage regulations.
